Courage and Fearlessness

By chance, I found this amazing small guy, commonly known as Praying Mantis, while walking through the beautiful paths of Arashiyama, in Japan. According to Wikipedia:

“One of the earliest mantis references is in the ancient Chinese dictionary Erya (尔雅), which gives its attributes in poetry, representing courage and fearlessness. In China, the mantis kung-fu was developed in the mid-1600 and is based on the quick movements and techniques of the mantis.”
